2. Delivery Timeframes
Our current standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Within Karachi: Delivery within 48 hours
- Lahore & Islamabad: Delivery within 4 working days
- All Other Cities in Pakistan: Delivery via trusted third-party logistics partners, time may vary based on distance and network
Please note:
We strive to meet all delivery windows, but unforeseen delays may happen due to public holidays, traffic jams, strikes, weather conditions, or operational disruptions. In such cases, we request your cooperation and understanding.
3. Parcel Safety, Damage, and Loss
- If your parcel is insured, any loss or damage will be fully compensated by the company as per our insurance terms.
- If no insurance is selected, the risk of loss or damage remains with the sender.
- Fragile, high-value, or easily perishable goods must be properly packed. Damage caused by poor packaging is not covered.
Insurance is optional, but highly recommended for commercial or sensitive deliveries.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payouts

- Our daily COD payout system is one of its kind in Pakistan.
- COD payments are transferred to clients within 48 hours of successful delivery.
- Payment modes include bank transfer, Easypaisa, or any method mutually agreed upon.

8. Prohibited & Restricted Items
The following cannot be shipped via Karachi Logistics:
- Illegal substances
- Currency, bonds, precious stones (unless declared & insured)
- Flammable or explosive materials
- Fragile items without proper packaging
- Perishables not packed with appropriate cold storage methods
